Free Shipping Australia & New Zealand. We are currently not shipping to Canada, the USA, or the Rest of the World.

All orders are delivered by Australia Post. We offer free shipping to Australia and New Zealand

Shipping Time Frames

Please note, we cannot accept responsibility for delivery delays due to third-party delivery services, customs, or unforeseen stoppages.

• Orders within Australia are expected to take 4 - 6 business days. 
• Orders to New Zealand are expected to take 7 - 10 business days. 

Local Deliveries 

We no longer offer local deliveries or pick up.

Order Tracking

Once your order is packed and leaves my studio, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track the progress of your order. White Label Earrings is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Additional Information

All packages are sent with Australia Post, and you will be sent a tracking number once lodged. 

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, White Label Earrings cannot offer reimbursement for this package.
